The service was good and fast but I did have too drive back because one of the wheels had the wrong type of weight and they also did not use new weights on the the outside of two tires.

Excellent variety of tire brands available . Very easy process, compared brands online, pay on line, discounts applied, delivered to my store of choice. Install completed on day I selected. All good!

100% recommend I had a slow leak that was getting faster. I booked online because the store is close to my house. I read a review that stated "free flat repairs" but didn't really believe that being i did not purchase my tires from them. From the moment I arrived I observed the staff greeting all guests, polite and professional. I spent 20 yrs in retail and the way this team operated together was truly rare. Customer focused, clear quote times and my flat repair was free! I can not say enough good things about the 45 mins I watched this team. One young man even sprinted across the showroom floor to open the door for a mother carrying her baby in, just wow. They all deserve raises!

Stopped in today to get a tire patched for a young girl who had a flat tire on her truck. Just trying to do my good deed for the day. The guy who helped me at the register told me it would be quick. After 1 hour I went up to the register and asked the same man if he knew when the tire would be done since I was in a time crunch. He went into the shop, where I witnessed 9 people standing around talking and messing around while 4 others were working hard. The guy proceeded to tell me the tire could not be fixed and tried to sell me a new tire. It’s not my first rodeo around tires, I told him how to fix it, he disagreed, and said it’s not fixable. I asked how much was my bill for them to dismount the tire and tell me this, he said zero, I told him I was taking the tire to a different shop. I loaded it up took it to another shop, it was fixed for 1/2 the price and done in 15 minutes. While I was setting in the lobby I was AMAZED how much one of the workers was UPSELLING an innocent woman on extras. The poor lady was overwhelmed by how much this guy was trying to sell to her, she just agreed with him. I’m not a fan of taking advantage of a person who’s vulnerable to automobiles. She was

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Discount Tire on Blairs Ferry Rd. in Cedar Rapids. The entire staff was amazing from the moment I walked in—welcoming, professional, and efficient. A special thank you to Joel and Rodrigo too. They provided top-tier service, took fantastic care of me, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. It’s rare to find this level of genuine customer care these days. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location to everyone!
